A Place to Be
Maps are an amazing and a stunning culmination of data points to convey information. They tell us how to get where we want to go. They tell us where we’ve been. They tell us how high and low earth’s surface dips and peaks. They tell us who and what lives where. They tell us where we stand in relation to our surroundings. They tell us what forces influence spaces.
This is the beginning of the expression of a love-affair with maps. To start, two abstract maps of geological subject dear to my heart and their neighbors:
